The moment PM Abiy shut down the 5 so-called "refugee camps" in Tigray run by the UNHCR, the tens of thousands of Tegaru who lived in those camps for the last 20 years have since fled to Yemen in search for another camp run by the UNHCR. Oops! Perhaps placing Tigray under UN administration, just like Kosovo, would probably end the mass migration of Tigray's youth.
