The Dictator's Failure Admission in His Own Words and his Dangerous Plan

The dictator Isayas could not even hide his Disastrous Policy in Eritrea. But watch out, he has a Dangerous Plan.
The Issue now: Who is he going to blame for his Failures? And what is the message he is trying to send ?
Is he saying "since Eritreans failed to build Eritrea, Eritrea needs Ethiopia's support to build its Economy by integrating their economies together?"
Then what will be the next step "The integration of Eritrea with Ethiopia in security matters ?".
My fellow Eritreans, Please watch carefully the steps he is taking.
The next step will be for Eritrea to be under the federation of Ethiopia (deja vu) while securing his own children and family power and wellbeing through the help of Ethiopia.
The dictator at his age now is cognizant of his own eminent death, and his primary focus is to secure his children's Power and their Wellbeing for the future to come and is starting from now.
He pretends that he is working for Eritrea by showing footage of DAMs built to hide his dangerous plans from the Eritrean People. By the way those DAMS built unprofessionally could have efficiently been built by the Eritrean Professionals and Eritrean Professional Construction Companies which he deliberately destroyed their existence in Eritrea.
And do not forget that he drove out the dynamic Eritrean Youth from Eritrea through many tactics and blames to make Eritrea empty of its working forces.
Be very careful deki Erey of this Evil Plan.
