A Kuli to anyone does not possess any kind of manner, the Italayans were the worst Kuli owners and you got the worst Italian COVID91.
The Bologna maid was in Tigray soil twice and we could have gotten him if we had such plan when he was okay, now he is dying without any cost associated and why any one spend thinking about him even for one hour let alone to spend one precious bullet???

Issayas dibela does not worth 20M dollars and Tigray does not have such money to spend for worthless on the verge of dying.
