The truth is Shabia/tplf are one and the same. Tplf can activate anytime article 39 while at the same time it has backing with shabia but in public shabia oppose that. This is damaging for Tigray because no Tigrayan want article 39 but the power is controlled by Tplf creating a deliberate violence and attack and civil war within Ethiopioa. This is the reason.
