Tigray question will not be answered by Abiy nor any Tigrayan expect him to answer for our future what Tigrayans want. The same is true for Oromo, Amhara and other ethnics. Everyone has the promissory checks called ART93 and ART39 and they are free to cash them at any time they want no need anyone to remind them.
