What will be the capital of Northern Ethiopia which in this map is 4/5 Amhara and only 20% Tigray? Awnser

If this is Abiys Dream to dismantle federalism Ethiopian Federalists better Barry him 6ft beneath Menelik palace, Amharas and Tigrays are enemies and should be seperated at all costs, the federal system is not the best but its better then Superstitious Abiys Derg Style border demarcation
