The TPLF issued today a scathing, yet short-sighted statement to let everyone know that it will hold an election in Tigray ክልል in August, as per NEBE's previous schedule and act like a ‘de-facto state’ in the event a 'legitimacy crisis’ ensued between the TPLF and the federal gov't.
