A wast of money. Adds Ababa or Fin Finne does not need such investments. The money should be spent in creating jobs for youth in the regional states or in mechanization of agriculture or producing diary products like milk, cheese etc for export or increasing the wheat production instead of importing wheat etc.

Abiy Ahmed's government is inefficient and has no agenda for Ethiopia. It is corrupt and waiting for other forces to overthrow it.
