Kilil chigar problem will not be solve by corrupt Tplfists. If they didn’t fix for the last 30 years of chance they had beside fixing their individual bank accounts, there would have impossible to fix it now with fairly, like any other kilil, distributed federal budget. Let people of Tigray suffer under the Tplfists filthy rich leaders.
