China has a right to protect their population from Africans who might carry the disease. Most African countries kill each other and have no moral authority to insult China. China is a development partner to Ethiopia and many other African countries. Every one is racist in this world.

As you well know there is no country in Africa that doesn`t receive a handout from china, so it is unheard of that a slave can raise his voice to object his master`s abuse and to discuss the concern of his rights.
so stop hoping that one head of state may confront the master, it will never happen while you are around.
