Most of the refugees in Yemen are Eritreans. There might be a small percentage of refugees from Tigray, Amhara Oromo and Somali regions of Ethiopia. Some Ethiopian youth have been looking for work, which unfortunately is not possible in Ethiopia now. Most of the refugees from Ethiopia are university/college graduates.
But more than 95% of the refugees in Yemen are from Eritrea. Ethiopians do not need to migrate to Middle East illegally. There will be jobs in Ethiopia as the country is planning to mechanize agriculture and expand international airports in 7 cities ( Gondar, Bahirdar, Mekelle, Aksum, Jijiga and Hawassa). The expansion of the airports will create about 100000 jobs. Mechanizing the agriculture can create about 2 million jobs. The manufacturing sector, specially, Steel Industry, could create another 3 million jobs. Construction can create 2-3 million jobs. etc
Ethiopians from Tigray province are not migrating to Yemen. Most refugees are from dirty Eritrea.
