Ya grotty little wanker,

Those were power hungry militia groups and not portions of Somalia. They didn't rule anywhere in Somalia, apart, perhaps, from the mindless enclave known as Somaliland. Chaos was what in reality ruled Somalia for a certain period of time, and during this period, like any place experiencing this type of state of affairs, power hungry dysfunctional militia groups caused havoc throughout the country without ruling any particular district, leave alone a region.

Guess what, finally, they've all disappeared like tears in the rain!

Do you know how many militia groups currently exist in Iraq? Over 40. Can we claim that it's the US that has created them to dismantle Iraq? Hell, no. It's rather the protracted chaos that has bred them exponentially.

We all know that it's Ethiopia's dream to see Somalia destroyed utterly and obliterated, but Ethiopians who are capable to achieve that dream haven't been born yet, and I heavily doubt if that will ever happen!

“Without the 15.000 Cuban troops, Ethiopians couldn’t have provided the military organisation to resist the Somali troops, even with our help!”

Somalia open the war when Ethiopia was in chaos. Ethiopia only had 50k soldiers on uniform while Somalia prepared 200k. Internal struggle in Ethiopia was so high and Somalia took advantage on that.

In the end, a country that is populous mobilized enough militia and turned the tide. Of course Cubans helped. They only numbered 15k and their contributions are mainly on armament, logistics and tactics. The frontlines were ethiopians. In the end, Ethiopia could have decimated said bare and enter into Mogadishu, but negotiated settlement reached for the safe exit of somali soldiers who were trapped and nowhere to go.

In the end, said barres aggression become a recipe for the disaster Somalia found itself now. It wasn't a smart move.to.open war on Ethiopia.

Had the Russians, Cubans, and Yemenis not rushed to come to rescue your dirty arses, by now Ethiopia would have been a giant province of Somalia, and retards like you would have been herding our camels, rather than farting on this forum.

Dears,

When ever a country's leader over thrown, there are 3, 4 different facions designed by outsiders such as Kissinger to obliterate countries. Ethiopia at that time was being attacked from different factions organized by Jebha/Shabia:
1. Eprp inside and outside of Ethiopia i.e in Somalia as well fighting against Ethiopia
2. Shabia fighting from north and fighting inside Somalia with Siad Barre against Ethiopia
3. Shabia also organized tplf and olf at this time to continue fighting against Derg and eventually against Ethiopia
4. Those within Ethiopia overthowing Ase H/Selassie who turned to be Derg

Why do such people like Tesfanews bring up such topic and we rush to it to address our opinion? Do you know who Tesfanews is in the first place? He knows bringing such topic brings fight between Ethiopia and Somalia that is why and also he/she wants to know our opinion for his own agenda

Anyone who's knowledgeable of the late chronicle of Somalia and who is also free from bias should only agree with the statement of Zack, underlined by Sun, 100%. All somalis are conscious of this and don't blame anyone but themselves. Nevertheless, Somalia, as a state, it has not been dismantled but rather weakened and is currently booting in recovery mode.

Somalia is actually very easy to reconstitute as a nation. Because its civil war is long over. Today the battle is only against alshabaab once that war is over. There is little or no obstacle to greatness indeed. The country is for the most part peaceful and its being rebuild. Ethiopia is an artificial state and its breakup is innevetible in the future. If the injustice and inequality continues. Ethiopia with 110 million people will become very hard to govern.
