in the democratic republic of North Korea, if you coughing or sneezing in a public area, you would be lead to a nearby graveyard and be shoot immediately. it is effective to control the covid-19 but many people who has the disease refuse to go to hospital afraid being shot by the authorities so there is no one knows, how many people have the disease.
if by any chance you feel, you are about to cough or sneeze, you have to run as fast as you can home then you are free to cough or sneeze as you pleased.
