I suspect this is a fake news. If true, she should be arrested for embezzlement of the money her husband hid from her and the children.
She looks a decent woman, I am sure she found the money when she is doing PIA's laundry. Because he was drunk and doesn't miss the money much, she thought it might be a good cause to give it to the COVID19 fund.
If she could donate this much, how much more the gentleman in Adi Halo would give.

Issu moved from Adi Halo to ICU in Saudi where he is in his death bed. Hagos Kish took it upon himseld to donate 50k naqfa on her and her son's behalf. He wanted the alga werash to keep him as the treasurer when he takes over. 50k is chump change for the billions stashed in off-shore bank accounts.
