Ethiopia should stop using Amharic as the only working language - Ethiopia is not amhara

Ethiopia should use more languages as working language. Ethnic groups with more than 5 million people or those with a tradition of literature in their language, should become a working language.
Ethiopia should broadcast in Tigrigna, Oromo, Wolaita, Sidama, Somali languages in it's TV and Radio programs. We do not want to speak in Amharic and be part of Amhara culture as we have our own culture and language, in many cases more beautiful than Amharic.
There should be also equal share of economic development. I can imagine an automobile industry in Oromo Region and Ship building in amhara. Tigray may produce metals. Woliata and Sidama can produce aeroplanes etc
We should distribute national projects fairly among the regions.
