When did WHO become the north American and EU countries health system watch dog, WHO primarily focus is developing count

Coronavirus became the playing ground of US vs China politics via the US dog Taiwan. During Tewedros interview the main focus was about developing countries and Tewedros mistake during the interview process was his focus was for the developed countries and the panels were not happy about his view and they were asking him over and over about it.
America and Europe disaster is the cultural and leaders policy than WHO, why those powerfully countries would believe like Tewedros suggestion, if they were excepting direction from WHO then they are in trouble even going forward but they are not and they never been in the past, this time though America has very difficult time the WHO is not on their side to punish China. If I were Tewedros Adhanom, I would say I am accountable to the world at large than one specific country and they should have been preparing their citizens than pointing their fingers to someone else due to their own weakness.

You should have said that and refused aid when they were giving you billions of dollars!!!

We do not go to Arab countries and shine shoes to spare us but if they come with load of bags in billions to our capital cities then we take it. If we do not then God will punish us like you.
