Yes, Eritrea rejected it for it is a very principled country that cares about the wellbeing of all its citizens. Who said that one has to be a superpower to live equal to anyone else? Not me, that is for sure.

Even though you are only an attention seeking forest chimp character type but for us democrats the great China having long lasting civilizations and wisdom are currently acting as a model manufacturing factory for the entire planet. The world wide demands for their products and services is booming as the Chines are struggling to catch up with demands.
The reality both current and coming is the fact that the Chinese will keep contributing to the wealth and health of the world population since their well being is connected to the well being of the world population of the current 21st century.
As far you and your likes of redneck blind old baboons are concerned you can just count your dumb self out and enjoy the rats and the bats dish stews so that modern viruses may come with out notice and collect you away for good.
