1. Prepare for the war - 5 years to prepare: Keep it secret and only the three top generals and the pm should know about it.

A. Purchase "5" SU-30MK2 and "10" MI-24 along with "30" C-130s. Lastly purchase "30" A10 Warthogs from the United States and explain to them that you need the orders fulfilled as soon as possible to fight Al Shaabab.
B. Stockpile on missiles and machine gun ammunition.
C. Ethiopian army should build tanks, AMVs and APCs in factories in Oromia along with all military equipment needed. The country must stockpile all the hardware needed to fight a 10 year war.



2. Use the Ethiopian satellite in space to figure out the location of Eritrean fighter jets.
A. Operation Devilstar - Launch attacks from SU-27s and bomb Eritrean airports, aircrafts and ports.
B. Immediately began an invasion and use the C-130s to parashoot your soldiers along with supplies and give them air support by using the MI-24s.


3. The Ethiopian soldiers should capture the most narrow point - Assab

From the north there should be two fronts, one from Amhara and the other from Tigray. The two last fronts should be from Assab and Afar and about 400,000 soldiers should be deployed along the border.


4. Ethiopian soldiers should carry out mass disbarment of Eritrean population
