Ethiopia isn't looking to lease land Fed_Up. What I'm suggesting is total handover of Nora Island to Ethiopia and in return Ethiopian troops will hand over Badme to Eritrean troops. I'm giving you a way to move forward because Ethiopia will not hand over Badme where thousands of soldiers lost their lives for free. Dr. Abiy Ahmed himself knows if he does this that the army might overthrow him.
If Eritrea wants peace with Ethiopia then it has to compromise.
Or you can do the usual
Keep crying about Badme for the next 50 years....

Kallida island is no ones right now...Ethiopia could claim the island setup a naval base....neither Eritrea or djbouti could stop you legally or even militarily.
