Now that I know his name to be Dr Rishi Desai, which sounds like the Shabo Eritrean name Debesai, I highly suspect that he's a Shabo dictator (not doctor) who wants us to fight the Coronavirus his way. He can't fool us. We Weyane from Adwa know a Shabo when we see one. If he looks like a Shabo, thinks like a Shabo, and talks like Shabo, then he probably is a Shabo! There you have it!
