The Last Twenty five Years, The Ruwanda Government & People Are Dependents Of Foriegn Aid ,I.M.F. Loans And Handouts. 89% GDP Is Relying On Foriegn Lending, Aid, Handouts. The Reason Is Simple ☆ Because Of 850,000. People Deaths ☆ Minorities Tsusi.
