How can we highly educated Weyane from Adwa be held responsible for the low IQ score in our country Tigray when we allowed thousands of Amhara and Oromo political prisoners to use FREE laptops and WiFi inside prisons to take online university courses, and later on we sent them to top Ivy League Colleges in the US to get their PhD and doctorate degrees on Weyane-paid scholarships?
