This ranking is actually very wrong.
Eritreans IQ by average of the population is higher than some developed nations and thus is actually the highest in Africa.
This report said that our average IQ is 86 or 87. Are you freaking kidding me.
The fact is our average is 110 or above. Mine is actually 164.
And don't blame me for posting how foreigners evaluate the countries. I didn't make it. If you have problem deal with the fact finders.
Not to down Ethiopia, but because of the agames low IQ of 25 who dragged ethiopians IQ average is listed at number 42 out of 54 African countries.
Ethiopians need to get rid of the illiterate, outdated meatloaf brains, evil agames to be in all developmental aspects of living like Eritrea.

Honestly, if this were the case in something that is realistic and has to do with the everyday life of the people of all those African countries mentioned , I would warmly congratulate each one of them. However, this is not only unrealistic but is bringing down Africa to accept and worship the doctrine of colonization. First, all human race share most similar common denominator; and secondly, in the African context there could be regional variation for certain cultural additional variations. But to the extent of pulling out countries out of regional packs, makes the analysis fallacious and invalid. Suppose the study uses pool of East Africa Region, Southern , Western Region, Central African Region and North African Region that will make draw some variation arsing mainly due to differences in cultural and regional adaptation traits. Thus, for those naive people echoing this does more harm doing anything good. This is like going back and welcoming Nazi in Africa.
