The donated money from the Arabs were spent on useless roads to no where, no service to provide for national or local yet they spent them before they secure water for the people, job for the people and wasted the money they cannot recoup them in the future. You cannot spend money specially the money was donated knowing you may not get another chance to have that kind of money in your hand ever without to make more money from the initial investment but we are talking Issayas and his followers Amiches???
