Earlier he went to Addis Ababa University and told educated people that the previous regime hated educated people, now our administration is open for educated people. Without educated people a country cannot move and you will be filled in all federal positions in the near future. He also said if a country can be run by uneducated people Ethiopia could have been one of the developed country. Now he went to the uneducated people and said the opposite to appease certain segment of our society for the moment.
