If Tigray talks to Sudan the whole plan and Sudan can tell to Egypt and Egypt can ask the Arab league to contribute money for the rebuild of Tigray and Tigray can take over and control Lake Tana for good and Egypt and Sudan will be at peace about the water they get. Sudan can build Tekeze II and III dams and will produce about 3K mw for Tigray, Sudan and north Tigray with Afar. They can bring Somali too if they can release Abdi Illy. This is the best alternative for Tigray to secure long lasting peace and regain our historical lands.

I think the Sudan card is a promising to balance power and Tigray and Sudan can shape East Africa let alone Horn of Africa. Debretsion and the other Der'eeto must think about it.
