Dr. Liya should become a full minister of health

she is already running the ministry of health. we are blessed with so many capable women leaders.
every time we have a problem we appoint a minister..
we dont have salam so no problem we will appoint salam minister..
the best way to work for public health is preventative action .. start clean up our area ..let the private shopkeeper hire their own clean and clear their area.. give them tax intensive to do so.. another important thing is self cleaning regiment everyone should have access to hot water shower.. this can create a lot of job ... once our people keeping their own cleanness they start demanding clean city ... everything we do create job.. health improve when our economy improved so create more job when people have money then they start worry about their health .. as of now when half of the people have no food they dont even care if they catch disease ..
