Why do Eritrean, Agame, Adwaa and Shire women dress like Beja of Sudan?

The culture of Eritrea, Adwa, Agame , Shire and Tembien is similar to Billen or Beja of Sudan. Their women dress like north Sudanese women.These populations have been against Ethiopia.

Look at the hair style, it like North sudanese women and Beja or Billen.
This shows Eritreans , Agame, Adwa, Shire and Tembien are Sudanese. Raya, Enderta, Amhara and Oromo have their own hair style, which is Ethiopian.
