Ethnic Federalism should be abolished Regions like Tigray, Oromia and Somali should not exist as they are sources of instability and war. We need to go to the province era and federate these areas. Equality of language and other issues should be addressed on a country level as is the case in USA or Germany, where the federal government addresses all issues of inequality.
