By the way King Haileselassie was from Tembien too by his father but his mother was from Adere ethnic. Ras Mekonen was 100% from Tembien governor of Harar, the same the Wollo governor was Tembien relative to Issayas where Issayas spent his youth time.

It is immaterial whether Issayas believe it or not but should be known who this man is and any other who assume power to make decision for the people at large.
