2nd round when the water volume increased due to Ethiopian storage in cold place...then we can talk about Ethiopian % of water right
first thing first let Ethiopia use the water just to produce hydro without taking out water and let us see how this fact Egypt ... then we can move to next step..
3rd step cooperative stage //Egypt and Sudan will plant tree and grass in Ethiopian high land where we get rain this will attract more rain .. more rain means more water to share among us..
4th step .. Ethiopia will allowed Egypt mega farmers to come and plant wheat and other produce that Egypt now import .. Egypt can use the Nile water to grow this food item and export it back to Egypt ... left over also sold locally win win
5th Ethiopia will granted sale of hydro to Egypt at set price ... renewable every ten years ... if Egypt allowed more of her share of the Water for Ethiopia to produce hydro the Egypt will get more share hydro less they get less hydro ...
