why is the Eritrean government doesn`t close all in and outs of the country?

if this coronavirus enter our country there will be no control mechanism, we eat and drink al in one dish and share on cup, this is our tradition, with this kind of tradition the disease will spread like a wildfire within a day. and we all know the government has no logistical and health personal to deal with such kind of disease. so close everything we are not a big market country by closing border it doesn`t affect us
