Halafiw, I got it from online chat and spying on different locations. Look at what top Meshrefet cadre is saying, he knows shabia was defeated, but he says TPLF was shooting to the air to scare and to provoke shabia, you know what this means. Definitely he got the news directly from Meshrefet after wedimedhin complained after his defeat. Like Einestein said, Imagination is better than knowledge, and that is what is going on here.
