Why did TPLF give away the Aksumite ports of Adulis and Azeb to Eritrea even though Menelik did not!

Menelik gave Italy only the northern part of Adulis. Adulis and Asseb are Ethiopian (Tigrayan) territory according the Wuchale treaty. The Eritrean stooges in TPLF gave away the whole Red Sea to Eritrea to harm Ethiopia and Amhara. This should be reversed for peace to prevail.
