PM Abiy Humilated the Parliament Members

PM Abiy told the parliament members that they have no authority on the resources he mobilizes as aid and loan. He told them he can use aid resource as he wishes.
He also told them that he established a place for Addis Ababa residents where they can take pictures. One of the problems his government and PP is flower thieves.
He also told them he is not responsible for what individual ministries did; the parliament can directly if they want. Aren't he the boss of the ministers?
He also create a story about "his Italian friend" to show that since he has experience as a Prime Minister he must continue to rule Ethiopia.
He also warned them not to forget that PP is a governing party. He told them he doesn't care about TPLF, but about Tigrai people.
