That is obvious that he is not an Eritrean. But, I think we need to go further than that. I hope our Ethiopian brothers and sisters REALIZE that there are many Tariks on this site and elsewhere that keep on insulting Oromos, Amharas primarily. We, Eritrean people, have never had a political issue with Oromos and Amharas (the majority populace) except the ruling regimes. The Oromos, Amharas and just about any Ethiopian has been forced to die for what the regimes call "እናት ኣገር ጥሪ" knowing well that is how they could master any military size to the unfair and uncalled wars against Eritreans.
Nevertheless, the EPLF has always realized the difference between the forced conscripts and the ruling elites of Ethiopia. It was no secret that the EPLF took care of the Ethiopian troops it captured as humanly as it could even feeding them from the meager resources it had. Don't take my word for this, for just about any of the former prisoners and outside journalists could attest. Why did the EPLF do that? Was it because it was some kind of angel? Not necessarily for being an angel is divine, but the EPLF is an earthly creature like the rest of us. It did that because it believed the conscripts did not have much choice but to go and potentially be cannon fodders to satisfy the ambition of the various Ethiopian regimes. They were not criminals that had to be punished. Because all the heinous and inhumane acts they committed against unarmed Eritreans throughout the 30-year wars were doing it under the command of their superiors and they had to do that if they were going to feed their family back in Ethiopia.
To come back to what brother Hawzwen is saying, you won't find many Eritreans who harbor the nasty attitude of hating the common men and women of Ethiopia, especially when one considers they are all our brothers and sisters. But, the Digital Weyane demons find it appropriate to insult the Oromos, Amharas PRETENDING to be Eritreans. The Weyanes not only are gutless but criminal evils that could never be trusted. NEVER! We learned it, unfortunately, the hard way.

.. Welll.. I don't think what I said is wrong about the people of Oromo and Eritrea.. We can't change that history...... But what is also true is that the people of Oromo have to be ready to take full responsibilities for the actions of their dying low IQ Orommuma government committing all the heinous crimes on the people of Amhara and other Ethiopians with the Oromo badge.... We have heard the people of Oromo crying non-stop about alleged crimes committed on them for many decades... Nonsense Hawzen. Why should we take responsibility for what Abiy's govt has done, when his entire career was created and sustained (by TPLF and Shabia, mind you) for the purpose of suppressing and subjugating the Oromos? His parties main victims have always been the Oromos.
When his party was doing that, you guys were quiet, but when his actions now effect others in the north and perhaps Eritrea in the future (which we don't support), now it's a major issue. In regards to the Menelik issue, he's not even mentioned anymore, but yes, we know his army had Oromos, but the primary beneficiaries of his govt were Amara's, and the Oromo culture/etc was targeted due to fear of it being used to mobilize Oromo's against him. But, the vast majority of Oromo's do not say today's Amara are our foes because of that. By the way, the Italians tried to divide Oromo and Amara's too, you're not the first to try it, but they failed and you too, would fail. It seems you want to use them against us, not knowing the consequences of that, for us all. Those who wish evil on others and wish to incite conflict between families, cannot complain if it happens to them eventually then.
It'd be like us blaming all Kebessa for Afars being displaced in Eritrea. Or us saying Afar in Eritrea deserve a referendum (those in Ethio and Djibouti too), and if they wish to take their lands & ports from all 3 countries, to form a new country. But I have to admit that I did not know much about the mentality/mindset of Oromo at all. In fact, I am still learning about their mentality... If the untrustworthy Abby is a typical example of Oromo mentality, it means I have learned more than enough so far...but I sti believe that only his hardware is Oromo with Agame software/OS and that I just want to believe he does not represent the people of Oromo.....
