TPLF should revisit it's position on Eritrea. Eritrea is north of the Merab River. Anything south of The Merab River should be part of Tigray. This is supported by Wuchale Treaty and Adwa Treaty. The developing anti-Tigray measures are clear that Tigray cannot be at peace with Eritrea and Ethiopia. Controlling the Red Sea gives Tigray an opportunity to expand it's trade with neighbouring countries. Tigray needs also to have it's own navy and shipping lines. This should adjusted to the new situation in the Horn of Africa. we cannot give the fate of Tigray to Oromo dominated Ethiopia and ISIS dominated Eritrea.

TPLF cannot give land and sea that belongs to Tigray according to International Agreements and Treaties. South Merab should be under Tigray.

Agame dumbo,

Weyane gave away nothing. Eritrea liberated itself and put you agames in power in Addis Ababa. You may be too young to know the history, but in 1991, the TPLF was a servant of Shaebvia.

TPLF had enough army and skills o control Eritrea and Ethiopia. Eritrea would have not been liberated from Derg with out the support of Tigray people and TPLF. The problem was TPLF was represented in the 1991 London negotiations by an unprofessional who had no deep knowledge of Ethiopia's history. I do not think Meles would landlock Tigray given the history of the Aksumite Kingdom, which is inseparable from Red Sea.
