It is over. International ruling is respected by Ethiopia. Badme is Eritrean. TPLF is trespassing. If war is ignited, Ethiopia has all the blessings along with Eritrea to take care of TPLF. Isayas and Abby know that. It is a losing game for TPLF to occupy Badme. Abby is going nowhere. He will be reelected. Take that to the bank. Eritreans, some of you may have issues with Isayas, but this is question about sovereignty.
