The first from the left is Tarik Hatela and the fourth is Bushiteen, the third is Dijital Amiche???

There is poverty written all over their faces.I am so distracted noticing how unhealthy they look,I couldn't even pay attention to what they were saying. I am very disgusted at the situation they are in.
