The Ethiopian army should take control of government.

Oromo tribalism should be annihilated. TPLF should not be allowed to come to power because they do not stand for Ethiopia as their name implies.

Olf and TPLF are the same! In fact the same thing you cry about Shabia is part and parcel of tplf/olf. Again the approach to be inclusive is the main goal especially now where ethnic groups are trying to dominate. The transision governement from all regions k/hager, not killil! who believe in Ethiopia must be elected and form transitional government with this we already transfered towards democracy. All must have meetings to disect how to govern and set up the leader. Aby/Lemma if they are genuine can be included.
