Jawar Mohammed has been crying the loudest since the announcement. His former friend Tsegay Ararsa has been accusing him of trying to negotiate with Abiy Ahimed with his election rallies. Definitely something is being cooked!

አቶ ምሥጋናው ይህ አጣብቂኝ ከተፈጠረ ሊሆን የሚችለው የሕገ መንግሥቱን አንቀጽ 60 ድንጋጌ በመጠቀም ፓርላማውን በመበተን መተንፈሻ ጊዜ ማግኘት፣ እንዲሁም ምርጫውን ከመጪው ክረምት በኋላ ማካሄድ እንደሆነ አመልክተዋል፡፡
በሕገ መንግሥቱ አንቀጽ 60 (1) ላይ ‹‹ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትሩ የፓርላማው የሥልጣን ዘመን ከማለቁ በፊት አዲስ ምርጫ ለማካሄድ፣ በምክር ቤቱ ፈቃድ ምክር ቤቱ እንዲበተን ለማድረግ ይችላል፤›› በማለት ይደነግጋል፡፡
በዚህ መሠረት ምክር ቤቱ የተበተነ እንደሆነ ከስድስት ወራት ባልበለጠ ጊዜ ውስጥ አዲስ ምርጫ መደረግ እንደሚኖርበት፣ ምክር ቤቱ ከተበተነ በኋላ ሥልጣን ላይ የነበረው የፖለቲካ ድርጅት ወይም የፖለቲካ ድርጅቶች ጣምራ ጊዜያዊ አስተዳደር ሆኖ ሕግ የማውጣትና የመሻር ሥልጣኑ ተገድቦ፣ የዕለት ተዕለት የመንግሥት ኃላፊነትን መከወንና ምርጫውን ማከናወን ብቻ እንደሚሆን አስረድተዋል፡፡
በዚህ አማራጭ ከተኬደ በተጣበበ ጊዜ ውስጥ ምርጫ ማድረግ ሊፈጥረው የሚችለውን አክል ማስቀረት የሚቻል እንደሆነና ሥልጣኑ የሞግዚትነት አስተዳደር በመሆኑ የቅቡልነት ጥያቄ የሚነሳበት እንደልሆነ አቶ ምሥጋናው አስታውቀዋል፡፡
