said Dr. Nick Nwankpa after visiting the Laboratory and assessed that NAPHL is well equipped with modern technology.If it fulfills its minor limitations, I would put NAPHL among the top five labs in Africa!
For now, because of the pull factor of giving Eritreans "preferred migrant status" & because of economic duress the war & the sanctions created. All this will soon change, though.
