One can scan the entire Ethiopian political environment and will not fail to notice one fundamental fact. Ethiopia is in a state of political disorder (chaos). This is not mere slogan. Those who know one or two things about systems recognize what I am talking about.

When an environment turns into a condition of chaos, disorder or volatility, systems and actors that are interacting with or acting within that complex environment will have to behave differently.

As we all know the centralized ethnocracic system under Woyanie Tigre dictators collapsed just as a good systems theory predicts about rigid fragile systems. In the beginning the TPLF system was a fragile system as an organization and it constructed a centralized ethnocratic dictatorship that was even more fragile, more breakable than its own party structure.

The fragile ethnic federation has collapsed but the fragile TPLF is trying to resist the natural law of systems and is wasting its time to rebuilt the same dysfunctional fragility.

Leave alone, ethnic federality, the very Oromo and Amara fragile ethnicity is collapsing under our own eyes. The system does not lie. Structure that built on ethnic identity are naturally fragile and proven to be liable to breakdown at their ethnic, clan etc boundary lines.

Expect the fragile breakdown of Oromo ethnicity at its Bale, Arusi, Welega, Shoa etc clan or tribal lines. Expect the Shoa, Gojam, Gonder, Welo, etc breakdown faults of Amara ethnicity. The system will never lie.

Even Tigray ethnicity will continue to breakdown into its atomic structures . The system will asset its laws.

So, only fools fail to grasp the true nature of the Ethiopia political and social environment - a massive chaos, disorder and complexity.

I am not going to say about the type of actors and participants that are capable of choosing the right behaviors under these chaotic conditions. I am not going to tell which actors suffer under these volatile environments and which actors thrive and benefit from these disorders.
