General Tsadkan Woldetensay drew a red line for Tigray to call the constitution ART39. Finally you see now what I have been telling you and heavily criticized you with General Abebe Teklehaimanot. That Red line won't be red enough to include what he plundered from that poor country. You are such a sleazy old man who gets fooled every time a known thieves open their filthy mouth. In the near future Kinfe Dagnew will echo the same sentiment and you will be running with it to make a head line. Such are the cadres that TPLF incubated for the last 50 years.
