Obbo Lemma said at one point in a video clip I heard somewhere something like the following:

"If we start trying to divide ourselves as Amhara, Oromo, Tigre wezeterfa, then that division will never stop there. We will go down the road and start dividing ourselves until the village level and beyond, thereby debilitating ourselves and failing ourselves to the end". I was impressed at his observation and here is someone who is already preaching to go that same line in the name of (political) freedom.

If you are from Wollega then never come to my Arsi, the same is true if you are from Showa, Hararghie and elsewhere and I will not come to you.

This how the so called bilisumma ended up, fortunately or unfortunately depending on which side of the divide you are coming.
