የአማራ ባንክ ከ4.1 ቢልዮን ብር በላይ በሆነ ካፒታል ወደ ስራ ሊገባ ዝግጅቱን ጨርሷል!!

የአማራ ባንክ ከ3 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ሰብስቧል፤ ከ70 ሺህ በላይ ሰውም ባለአክሲዮን ሆኗል፡፡

በምሥረታ ላይ የሚገኘው የአማራ ባንክ የ4 ነጥብ 1 ቢሊዮን ብር አክሲዮን ማስፈረሙን አስታወቀ፡፡ ባንኩ ዛሬ በሰጠው መግለጫ እንዳመለከተው ከዚህ ውስጥ ከ3 ቢሊዮን ብር በላይ ገቢ ተደርጓል፤ ከ70 ሺህ በላይ ሰዎችም ባለአክሲዮን ሆነዋል፡፡

በአክሲዮኑ በውጭ ሀገር የሚኖሩ ኢትዮጵያውያንና ትውልደ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ለማሳተፍ እና ጠንካራ የገንዘብ አቅም ለመፍጠር የአክሲዮን ሺያጭ ጊዜውን ለሁለት ወራት እንዳራዘመም አስታውቋል፡፡ ዛሬ ታኅሣሥ 30 ቀን 2012ዓ.ም ሊጠናቀቅ የነበረው የአክሲዮን ሽያጭ እስከ የካቲት 30 ቀን 2012ዓ.ም መራዘሙን ነው አደራጅ ኮሚቴው ያስታወቀው፡፡

I suggest that they allow the diaspora buy the shares in dollar and keep the value of the shares in dollar like the newly establishing Selam Bank is proposing to do. Dividends could however be paid in Birr. That will guarantee the diaspora to not lose the value of their shares because of the fast depreciating Birr and, at the same time help the Bank and the country get more hard currency. May be that is the scheme they already have which I do not have the information about.

It is very impressive that within such a short amount of time they have been able to raise that kind of money. There is so much untapped resources in the Amhara community that have purposely been capped by the defunct TPLF regime for fear that if the Amharas are to organize like the rest of the country, it could even be more contributory to the undoing of the failed TPLF ethnocracy.
