Every ethnic gets budget per the population and federal does not have a single penny but collects taxes and other resources from all kilils and distributes budget. Amhara stop paying and receiving to/from federal and administer your own and very kilil will do. Amhara is crying like kids not to leave qoshasha Ethiopia not any other ethnic. Every ethnic wants to leave Amhara and live without Amhara. So, what is your cry baby Amhara logic???
