You ever noticed the Shabo Issayas never changes his clothes? He wears the same head-to-toe khaki safari suit everyday, even when he's meeting heads of state.
Is he trying to tell us that he's on a Weyane hunting expedition?
And is that why the gullible Oromo and Amhara people always break out into an earth-shattering "Isu! Isu! Isu!" chants each time he comes to Ethiopia, to hunt for Weyane?
