r u missing the point Dr. Abiy is the one who is killing Issu softly.. look he is feeding him what the doctor prevent issu eating cake, and sugar coffee.. for sure u will not deny that Issu is diabetic... why feed diabetic guy cake and sugar coffee if ur not intended to kill him..

who told you eating sweet food and drinking sugary beverages kill someone suddenly? you may have high blood sugar in your blood for a day but you can control it using insulin. so I didn't get the point. as far as the blood sugar maintained constant, it is OK. by the way, it is expected in the coming next five years, the diabetics will be history. there are two main reasons for diabetes: one scarcity of insulin in the body or in the pancreas.the other is even if there is plenty of insulin, its influence is insignificant in maintaining sugar level in the blood. the later one is prevalent in our society which is called diabetics II. there are new progress in curbing this deadly disease by injecting or growing in laboratory human's tissue. this will help in attacking cells which are reasons for malfunctioning of insulin.

by the way, diabete I , that is when there is shortage of insulin happened, there is possibilty of curing by pancreas transplant. because pancreas is unable to produce insulin, new pancreas totally help. but the problem may be the body reject the new pancreas,it will cost more.
