The top picture (Fozia, Gen. Sibhat and Askalu) was taken in 2016 at Abebe Haile's silver jubilee celebration as an artist.
Hopefully, our hero is getting better and going back to work soon.

I guess, he meant Abeba Haile. It must be a typo.

The picture was from March 2018 at the Asmera Palace Hotel, but regardless of that our hero general Wedi Efrem is doing great under the circumstances.
